FADSA's team is preparing for the 2022 Florida Legislative Session, which will occur on January 11, 2022. The minimum wage increase is causing a damaging impact on all home- and community-based care providers. Our priority is to have our legislators address and recognize the risks of not taking action promptly.

FADSA needs every Florida Adult Day professional to take action to increase awareness of this critically urgent policy priority to lawmakers, the media, and the general public.

We must take action to maintain provider sustainability and minimize the consequences of the forthcoming $15/hr minimum wage.
